DLMC: Ms. Victoria Newkirk 
I’m a proud Duplin County native and graduate of Wallace-Rose Hill High School. I bring over a decade of classroom experience to Kenansville Elementary School. I’m a licensed 6–12 Social Studies educator with a B.A. in History from UNC Pembroke and a Master’s in Library and Information Science from UNC Greensboro.

I’m excited to serve KES as the new Digital Learning & Media Coordinator, where I am dedicated to fostering literacy, digital learning, and student engagement.

I also welcome community involvement—please contact the school if you would like to volunteer in our library or share ideas to help us continue building a strong culture of reading and preparing our young learners for future success.
